Must Know Before You Go for River Wonders Tickets
- Free WiFi is available inside the park.
- Packages need to be paid in full to receive the confirmation voucher.
- Please carry a valid ID with you at all times.
- Please do not wear strong scented perfume as animals are sensitive to smell.
- Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff.
- Please arrive 45 minutes before your selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.
- Bringing pets or plants inside the park are prohibited.
- Animals in the park should not be mistreated or teased at the park.
- All visitors are required to book their visit date and time online before visiting the parks, and the reserved timeslots cannot be amended.
- It is recommended that visitors spend at least 2 hours in River Wonders for a fully immersive experience and learn about the fascinating flora and fauna in freshwater habitats.
- For boat rides in Amazon River Quest, children must be at least 1.06m tall. Expectant mothers are not allowed to take the boat ride. Guests who are in wheelchair or in impaired physical health are not allowed to ride due to evacuation safety requirements.
- As the Amazon River Quest boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes and minor bumping, guests who are pregnant or have motion sickness or dizziness, heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, back and/or neck disorder or impaired physical health or persons in wheelchair are not allowed
